Dificil Mac...what?

This last weekend I went to a neighborhood in Buenos Aires, La Forresta. We had the pleasure of helping with the 6th Aniversary. The annerversary was a really big sucess. On Sunday night Niki decided to make Easy Mac for the staff for dinner and Danielle and I (of course) were right there with her. We had 3 boxes of Mac and Cheese from the States and we needed some more food. So one of the boys went and bought more noodles, but the noodles were huge. We put them all in the same pot to cook, big ones and little ones. Needless to say by the end all the noodles were a complete mush. Then we had to improvise the cheese sauce, without measuring cups.IN the middle of all this, we got distracted by um...a little bathroom issue. All in all the mac and cheese was pretty good, considering I haven't had it in 4 months.

Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
The rest is still unwritten

So Autumn is officially here, and it's gorgeous. Another gorgeous thing is that I get to work outside. The weather is just perfect. I love it!

This week has been so crazy and amazing. I went to a neighboorhood in Buenos Aires, La Foresta. It was like a mini-missions trip, which I loved! I had the oppurtunity to witness and give my testimony in Spanish. I was able to practice alot of Spanish and see a different ministry. I loved everything about it. I wish I could spend the next three months there instead of at the Institute, but I can't.
